Lunar New Year Photo Competition

Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter is Worlds Best Hoof Oil (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period
The competition opens on February 3rd, 2026, 10am AEDT and closes on February 15th, 2026, 10pm AEDT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period:

• Follow the Worlds Best Hoof Oil Facebook or Instagram page; and

• Submit one (1) original photograph via direct message showing Worlds Best Hoof Oil products in use on their horse.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Photo Requirements
All submitted photos must:

• Clearly show at least one Worlds Best Hoof Oil product (including hoof oil and/or show gloss products);

• Feature horses only — no people may appear in the image;

• Be original and taken by the entrant;

• Not infringe the rights of any third party.

Entries that do not meet these requirements may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

Judging
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
All valid entries will be judged by the Promoter based on:

• Creativity

• Presentation

• Clear and appropriate use of Worlds Best Hoof Oil product(s)

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a prize pack valued at approximately AUD $150, consisting of:

• 1L Worlds Best Hoof Oil

• 125mL Show Gloss Black

• 125mL Show Gloss Diamonds – Red

• 125mL Show Gloss Diamonds – Gold

• Handled Jar Cap and Brush

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message within 3 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Use of Entries
By entering, participants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish their submitted photo for promotional and advertising purposes across digital and print media, without further compensation.

No Purchase Required
No purchase is required to enter. Purchasing products does not increase the chance of winning.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
